I read this entire document, as if it was a Novel. I was glued to the set and wasn't surprised that it was all him. I'm pleasantly surprised that you were able to dig all of this up.

I am very supportive of what you are doing here and I hope that it sends a signal to others who would become internet vandals (for lack of a better word). Shills for manufacturers, both pro and con, have had a negative impact on the web forums and giving notice that they may be held accountable for slanderous action may help. The forums could help by making members divulge their real names and email addresses. Free speech and the expression of opinion should be protected but anonymous name calling and defamation should not be hidden behind a veil that conceals or falsifies identity. Anybody with an honest opinion should be willing to attach his or her (real) name to it. 3. John:

Just read the info on this @*&%hole. Amazing stuff. I recall talking to D about this guy when he was into it pretty heavy on AA, and thinking, he really needs to get a life! Too bad you had to deal with this crap...congratulations on nailing him.....

This may be old news. But I just went to your website and saw your response on those stupid and harmful "reviews" and "threads" got out of proportion. You have set an example in the audio arena (if not internet) that slander is not immuned and tolerated. Best wishes on your business. I believe you and your products will prevail!

John, having just read the "confession" statement posted on your website, I feel compelled to express to you both my sympathy and my sincere gratitude for the many hours of listening pleasure my 645's have given me. Although I did have, I believe, the first KSU3 performed, I was adamant that any changes to the speakers serve merely to complement their original splendid design. You provide a wonderful product at an amazing price point. Please find encouragement in the delight you have provided so many customers. I just read the "smear campaign". If you let MikeCh off with that incredibly lame statement of his and simply an agreement not to post in the future, you gave the farm away . I would have wanted a pound of flesh - in other words, "money". But if you are satisfied with what you got, them I am happy for you. As I see it, you let him get off by saying his illegal actions were not his fault. (He may have implied that but I don't think anyone would believe it. JM)

I am sorry you and your company was subject to this, but impressed with the way you have handled it. I have been extremely happy with the speakers I purchased from you a few years ago. EXTREMELY. I found a placement that makes them individually sonically disappear, and the soundstage is solid and vivid. Happiness. Anyway, I wish you very well.
