I have enjoyed my R645 speakers for almost 1.5 years and they continue to draw me into their sound even with fairly low cost up-stream components. I have stopped reading speaker reviews because anything in my price range doesn't even come close to your products. Thank you again for your work. 42. I, like many, rely upon online "chatter" to inform my decision making process--but not, of course, to make decisions--esp. when a product is not available through a retail store front. FWIW, I chose another speaker brand mainly because my wife would not let the R645's I wanted in the house. (You do have a Wife Acceptance Factor problem; and one does have to pick one's battles.) But that is my business. I do hope this serves only to strengthen you business in the long run. 45. Dear Mr. John Meyer, I think my speakers are the greatest In the world and they arrived all the way to Japan in perfect condition with excellent packing. I hope this never happens to your company or to anyone else again. I'm happy to continue ignoring something I hadn't noted in the first place. Newform ribbons are important audiophile products which bring technology which is elsewhere usually highly overpriced to a market which recognizes the technology's advantages but might otherwise be unable to afford same. I'm pleased to support Newform Research which has always been prompt and complete and generously offered. 46. John, Thanks for the note. I thought some of the reviews on the Audio Review website were "strange". Now I know the "rest of the story". In the end, I think you are going get a lot of very positive publicity and sales out of this incident. Everybody loves when the "underdog" wins. This is the kind of stuff that breeds legends.
